This line is manned 0900 to 1700 Monday to Friday, an answerphone is in operation outside of these times. Support calls logged during normal office hours on this number are subject to our quality escalation procedures and an initial response is usually made within fifteen minutes.

Software calls are logged and passed to an experienced software consultant who has the required level of application or operating system knowledge.

Calls may also be placed by e-mail to support@csmascent.co.uk Since the time taken to receive calls by this mechanism is outside of our control the initial response time to our customers cannot be guaranteed. Be assured, however, that once received we will action your requests in the same manner as above.

Remote Support

Occasionally we may use our Remote Support capabilities to assist in resolving a problem. For this function, we use the services of GoToAssist, a Citrix-provided, maximum security, high-performance service for on-demand remote assistance. To establish a connection with a csmascent representative you will need to visit http://www.gotoassist.me when requested to do so, and enter a code provided by your support representative.

RustDesk Client   (6.09 MB zip file 2023-04-04)

This is our new remote support client program that directs all traffic securely via our own in-house server.  Open the zip file and run the executable found there. This will display to you your own unique ID Number, which we will need to be able to contact your computer. The connection will only be possible while you have the RustDesk program running, you can disconnect at any time by closing the program. You do not need to install the RustDesk client as a service.
